You pay on your own the state and local lodging taxes, any beach tags or passes a town or refuge charges, fuel and tolls, meals and anything optional. You pay the office nothing, with no planning fee and no booking fee, and no payment is taken on this website.

Suite 100 near the University of Akron
Our office is at 450 Grant St, Suite 100, near the University of Akron, about a mile south of downtown. Visits are by appointment only, so write or call first and we will set a time that suits you.
The phone is answered Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon, Eastern Time. Wednesday the phone is off because it is our day for letters, and every written request in by noon is answered by 5 p.m. that Wednesday. Sunday we are closed.

Tell us the beach, the nights and who is coming. The form works at any hour and costs nothing. Written requests that arrive Monday to Friday by noon Eastern are answered by 5 p.m. that day.
Common questions before a request
Does the traveler pay the office anything?
You pay the office nothing, and there is no planning fee. The hotel pays us a commission after your stay. You pay the hotel at its own desk for the room, the taxes and any fee it charges every guest.
Is a room held when I send the form?
Sending the form costs nothing and holds nothing. We ask the hotel whether a room is open for your nights, write one quote and wait for your reply. A room is held in your name only after you say yes in writing.
Whose cancellation terms apply to the room?
The hotel sets its own cancellation terms, and the quote spells them out before you decide. After your yes the hotel may ask you directly for a card to hold the room. That stays between you and the hotel and never goes through this site.
What if my check-in is this week and something changes?
Call on a phone day if your check-in is within the next three days. On a Wednesday, write with "check-in this week" at the top of the message, and it is answered within two hours between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
