An independent travel agency in Akron reserving lake and ocean stays
Our office is an independent travel agency in Akron, working out of a single storefront on Grant Street a few blocks from the University of Akron campus. We plan beach stays you can reach by car, on Lake Erie in Ohio and at Erie, Pennsylvania, and along the Atlantic coast from New Jersey to North Carolina.
Each stay is at a hotel, motel or resort hotel that runs its own front desk. You tell us your week, we ask the hotel about a room, and you get one written quote to read before you decide anything. The full list of beach stays has thirteen to choose from.
What our office plans for you
We match a beach stay to the week you have in mind. Then we ask the hotel whether a room is open for your nights and at what rate, counting any nightly resort, amenity or parking fee that every guest pays. All of it goes into one quote with the hotel named, the room, the nights and the hotel's own cancellation terms.
When you reply yes in writing, we ask the hotel to hold the room in your name. You drive there, check in at the hotel's desk and settle the stay with the hotel. Until you leave, we stay reachable on phone days for any change. The seven steps of a reservation lay this out in order.

Hotels pay us once guests leave
Once your stay has ended, a commission comes back from the hotel to the office. That is the whole arrangement. You pay us nothing at all: there is no planning fee and no booking fee, whether you take the quote, ask for changes or let it go.
No payment is ever taken on this website. The hotel registers you at its own desk and takes the payment itself. If the hotel wants a card to secure the room before you arrive, it asks you directly, and that stays between you and the hotel.
Choices left with the traveler
Some decisions belong to you or to the hotel. Each hotel sets its own cancellation terms, and our quote prints them so you can read them before saying yes. Any card the hotel asks for is something you settle with the hotel directly.
Presenting ID at check-in is the hotel's rule, and the front desk decides what it accepts.
